Shuffle Shuffle Shuffle

Had a great time with Jessegirl this past week, and I miss her already. We went shopping and walking and more walking, and to keep up the motivation when she went home I bought this very happy iPod Shuffle in a bright blue color. Isn't it tiny! I put a bobby pin next to it so you would know just how little it was.

Now, I need a job. Anyone? Anyone?

I love rock n roll, so put another dime in the jukebox baby

Well, it's been awhile since my last riveting post, I know you all have been waiting, holding your breath, "Will this be the day that she finally updates?" Well, you can let go.
Yay!! Only one more final exam to go --TAX-- and then it will be the very end of the last 2 very long, poor years as a student. I think I will miss it. Now, I just need a job so I can start to pay off the mountain of debt we seem to have incurred and maybe, just MAYBE, finally travel somewhere warm and happy. Of course, rather than studying for this very last test, I have been cleaning, dancing around the house sorting textbooks and deciding what I never want to look at again.
And then it will be friday, and jessegirl comes to visit for a whole WEEK. YAY!!!
My precious niece is going in for eye surgery this week, and for some reason NO ONE TOLD ME. I had to read it on someone else's blog, people. I knew about going to Van, just not the why. Anyways, I will be praying for her, and if you think to, please do as well. OK, I think it's finally time to drag out my 4inch thick tax textbook, many forms and schedules, study guide and past tests and practice practice practice. And I will leave you will this taunt: I'M GONNA BE AN AUNTIE, I'M GONNA BE AN AUNTIE!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Wow, the time for freaking out has arrived! I have a presentation today, 2 hard tests on Friday, 2 simply acct tasks to get done by Thursday, a research paper for bcpt due Monday and the 2nd half of the mgmt group project, also due Monday. Then, it's 1 week to review for finals, and THEN I have to get a JOB. Well really, I need to get a job NOW so i can start working as soon as finals are over. AHHHHHH.
Ok, the time for stressing may be here, but ---breathe--- we can do this. We are strong, amazing and talented, and we deserve wonderful things (not just me, WE).
OK, back to homework, and T, can i talk about it yet? Can I? Can I?

So bored, maybe someone should call me...

What fun, what fun. Photoshop has taken over my life. This is my precious niece who I cut out of a picture, posterized and added a textured layer. It's all my auntie L's fault, sending me the link to all her fun work that she's learned at her latest online course.

School is school. At a place where we can breathe for just a moment right now, not going to last, that's for sure. I'm listening to Rosie Thomas right now and it is peaceful and relaxing.

Well, I have no deep thoughts to share this evening. Missing my Jeremiah today, 5 more sleeps! Time for Wii time.

The Three Little Pigs

Three Little Pigs went out to dinner one night. The waiter came and took
their drink order. "I would like a Sprite," said the first little piggy.
"I would like a Coke," said the second little piggy. "I want beer, lots
and lots of beer," said the third little piggy.

The drinks were brought out and the waiter took their orders for dinner.
"I want a nice big steak," said the first piggy. "I would like the salad
plate," said the second piggy. "I want beer, lots and lots of beer,"
said the third little piggy. The meals were brought out and a while
later the waiter approached the table and asked if the piggies would
like any dessert.

"I want a banana split," said the first piggy. "I want a cheesecake,"
said the second piggy. "I want beer, lots and lots of beer," exclaimed
the third little piggy. "Pardon me for asking," said the waiter to the
third little piggy," But why have you only ordered beer all evening?"

You're gonna LOVE me for this.... The third piggy says - "Well, somebody
has to go 'Wee, wee, wee, all the way home!

The World's Shortest Fairy Tale

Once upon a time, a girl asked a guy, "Will you marry me?" The guy said
"No" and the girl lived happily ever after and went shopping, drank martinis,
always had a clean house, never had to cook, stayed skinny, and was never
farted on.

The end

Ok, school doesn't suck as much

I wrote 2 more tests since the last post, and boy did pulling up my socks work! Well, still not as well as I'd hoped, but I'm back in the 80's so that's a relief. Now, if only this project would complete itself, life would be great.
On a less positive note, I am losing my hubby to the great whitish soul sucking horribleness but great source of mula if you can get over the negative environmental implications that is Fort Mac. *siigghhhh. However, mortgages must be paid, and shoes and MP3 players must be purchased. This will be a perfect opportunity to focus on school and yoga and stuff, or that's what I keep telling myself anyways.
And swinging back to the positive, Ben and Jill come for a visit this weekend, well, overnight really but we'll take what we can get, and my parents come the following week. Yay!!, visitors! I love visitors! Ok, time to stop procrastinating and get back to my tv watching. Blessings on you all, C.

School Sucks!

I have had the worst test marks this semester so far, but, it's early yet, I will be better. This is me, pulling up my socks. And, for my next math/stats class I take I shall remember these fantastic answers:

Darn you all u c dot org!!!

(raised fist, shaking) Thanks to you, i have wasted a lot of precious time watching your oh so tempting TV shows and movies and even your anime instead of organizing an amazing study guide/cheat sheet for tax, or working on a group project or practicing various stocks/bonds questions. *Sighhhh*
So, nothing much new going on in my life. Renewed my yoga pass finally, and I gotta say, it's good to be back. Also, my only new year's resolution was to "become more musical" and I have actually played my guitar this month, like, more than twice! So, hopefully this is a resolution I can actually stick to. In other news, I'm doing a group project in my strategic management class on bottled water and I'm hoping you, my avid readers, can answer a couple of questions for me to help out with some unofficial data:
1. Do you buy bottled water or refill a bottle at a tap?
2. How much water do you drink a day.
3. If a combo was available with water instead of pop, would you choose that option (ie chips and a bottle of water instead of pop and chips)
If I don't know you, please let me know where you're from (even just the country).
Ok, it's time to feed my newest addiction, TV watching. Whatever will I do when the new privacy laws come into effect?
